Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. All guests must be inside the house during this time, and any noise complaints will result in a $250 fine. This will help ensure the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events of any kind are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep The Shaw Manor in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
